The Green Flash Table invites guests to witness the sun’s final flicker of green light as it dips below the horizon, while indulging in a six to eight-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Guido Ojeda. Guests will embark on a culinary journey, personally presented by the chef, featuring everything from raw and smoked seafood to perfectly grilled meats and charcoal-cooked vegetables.

The price per couple is 500USD +16% Tax +15% service charge (drinks not included). Price per extra person is 220USD +16% Tax +15% service charge (drinks not included). Prices are subject to change without previous notice.

Is there a wine pairing option?

Wine-pairing options are available

What are the reservation and cancellation policies?

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and require full pre-payment. Free cancellation can be made 72 hours prior to reservation, after that time, the total cost for the dinner will be charged.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

In case of rain, dinner service will take place indoors.
