Alera Private Dining

Alera captures Roatan’s vibrant culture and pairs it with the light and fresh approach of coastal Mediterranean cuisine. Fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and seafood inspire the culinary basis of Alera’s menu, which celebrates a farm-to-table ethos.

At the south end of the beach, snuggled up to the coral wall, sits our casual funky for daiquiris, fresh-caught + wood-fired seafood, snacks, and live music. Bar stools are reimagined as wood swings where guests can dip their toes in the sand.

We source as many ingredients as we can from local purveyors to build island-inspired menus that’s all about fresh, delicious dishes. Executive Chef of Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa, Israel Navarro leads the menu design and execution of the resort’s four dining outlets and catering operations.
