Welcome to the Guest Chef Series at Kimpton Grand Roatán, an exclusive dining experience where Chef Guido Ojeda, our Executive Chef at Alera, partners with some of Latin America’s most celebrated culinary talents, recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Bars.
Each evening features a 6- to 8-course tasting menu, highlighting a creative fusion of local Caribbean flavors and contemporary Latin American cuisine. Every dish is elevated with carefully curated wine and cocktail pairings, making each dinner a multisensory celebration of food, culture, and storytelling.
