Pet-Friendly Regulations

We love being a pet-friendly hotel, but we also understand that pets can be unpredictable in new environments. Let's do our part: keep a close eye on them, and ensure they're happy at all times.

  • The simple rule is to always keep them on a leash
  • Please do not allow them on furniture, sofas, etc.
  • Do not use restaurant or venue glasses, plates, etc. for your pets
  • As pet owners, you are responsible for any damage or injury caused by your pet anywhere in the hotel
  • Excessive or loud barking can be disruptive. Please help your furry friend to stay calm in stressful siutations; keep their noise level as low as possible

Pets are not allowed in the following areas:

  • Beach
  • Pool/Jacuzzi
  • Spa
  • Inside Alera restaurant
  • Villa Suites
